School calendar

Dear Parents and Guardians,

At CBPAMES, we love when family members join students for lunch—it’s a special part of our school community. To help us keep everyone safe, please send a note with your child if someone other than a parent or guardian will be joining them. This note allows us to confirm permission when the visitor checks in with identification.

If no note is provided, we’ll need to contact a parent or guardian by phone before allowing the visitor to enter. Without written or verbal permission, we cannot permit lunch visits.
